En la reunión se presentó el informe de evaluación con las actividades realizadas por el Comité desde su creación en marzo de 1992. A continuación se realizó una rueda de opiniones de evaluación y proyección del trabajo del Comité, la situación política actual del país y especialmente la realidad de los derechos humanos. Entre las principales resoluciones se acuerda mantener el Comité con su forma de organización y el objetivo para el cual fue creado dado que aún no hay una decisión definitiva en el Parlamento sobre la Ley de Amnistía, al mismo tiempo se irá visualizando la creación de una organización con un objetivo más amplio, que abarque la problemática de verdad y justicia en su totalidad.
