Washington Hernán Maturana Pérez, 25 años, nació el 21 de diciembre de 1948 en Santiago. Trabajaba como comerciante, vivía en San Miguel y militaba en el Partido Comunista. El 24 de agosto de 1974, a los 25 años, fue detenido en su domicilio por agentes de la DINA, mismo día en que detuvieron a su hermano Juan Bautista Maturana Pérez. Además de pasar por Londres 38, ex detenidos sobrevivientes declararon haberlos visto en Cuatro Álamos. Ambos permanecen desaparecidos.
