Gumercindo Fabián Machuca Morales, 28 años, nació el 13 de abril de 1946 en Peñaflor. Casado, trabajaba como maestro pintor y vivía en la población El Manzanal, Peñaflor. Militante del Partido Socialista, fue detenido en su domicilio la madrugada del 30 de julio, a los 28 años, por agentes de la DINA, entre ellos, Osvaldo Romo Mena, permaneciendo desaparecido hasta hoy.
