Sentencia dictada en la causa de extradición de Galvarino Sergio Apablaza Guerra, solicitada por la República de Chile por hechos vinculados al homicidio del Senador Jaime Guzmán y al secuestro de Cristián Edwards. El tribunal analiza los antecedentes del proceso, la documentación remitida por el Estado de Chile, las posiciones de la querella, el Ministerio Público y la defensa de Apablaza, y resuelve no hacer lugar a la extradición, invocando impedimentos previstos en la ley 24.767, entre ellos el carácter político de los hechos y la insuficiencia de la documentación acompañada.
