Ministra Gloria Olivares encabeza reconstitución de detención de Alfonso Chanfreau, dirigente del MIR, ocurrida el 30 de julio de 1974 por agentes de la DINA. En la diligencia participaron los ex agentes Gerardo Godoy (mayor de Carabineros), Basclay Zapata (ex suboficial del Ejército conocido como "El Troglo") y Erika Hennings, sobreviviente y esposa de Alfonso.
