Miguel Krassnoff, ex agente de la DINA y coronel en servicio, fue sometido a nuevos interrogatorios y careos por órdenes de la Ministra Gloria Olivares en relación al caso de desaparición del caso Chanfreau. En esta oportunidad Krassnoff negó nuevamente las acusaciones que pesan en su contra, pese a los careos desarrollados con testigos y sobrevivientes como Patricio Bustos, Osvaldo Torres, María Virginia Hernández, Nubia Becker, Patricia Barceló, Roberto Merino, Mauricio Galaz, Ricardo Froedden, León Gómez, Ofelia Nistal, Mariela Albrecht, entre otros.
