Sergio Emilio Vera Figueroa, 28 años, nació el 22 de junio de 1946 en Santiago. Casado, vivía en la población La Bandera. Trabajó como empleado en una librería ubicada en Alameda 726, comuna de Santiago, hasta que fue detenido en el lugar por agentes de la DINA el 16 de agosto de 1974. Además de Londres 38, investigaciones judiciales dan cuenta de su paso por Cuatro Álamos. Hoy permanece desaparecido.
