Marcela Soledad Sepúlveda Troncoso nació el 3 de octubre de 1955 en Parral. Estudiaba Audiofoniatría en la Universidad de Chile, vivía en Lampa y militaba en el MIR. El 26 de junio de 1974, a los 18 años, fue detenida en su domicilio por agentes de la DINA. Además de su paso por Londres 38, ex detenidos sobrevivientes refieren haberla visto en Tres Álamos. Actualmente permanece desaparecida.
