Diligencia de careo entre Luz Arce Sandoval, ex militante del Partido Socialista y Marcelo Moren Brito, Coronel del Ejército, ambos miembros de la DINA. En su relato, Luz Arce reconoce a Moren Brito como una de las personas que llevó a Osvaldo Pincetti a interrogar detenidos a través de la hipnosis. Señala además que la Brigada de Inteligencia Metropolitana (BIM) era parte de la estructura de la DINA liderada por Cesar Manríquez Moyano hasta agosto de 1974; asumiendo posteriormente Pedro Espinoza Bravo y luego Moren Brito, quien pasa a comandar la Brigada Caupolicán.
