Declaración judicial de Mario Enrique Aguilera Salazar, periodista y ex militante del Partido Socialista (PS). En su comparecencia voluntaria a los Tribunales de Justicia, reconoce la participación de Basclay Zapata alias "El Troglo" en su detención el día 12 de agosto de 1974, quien era acompañado por Osvaldo Romo y Luz Arce. Relata su paso por Londres 38, donde fue torturado por ambos agentes.
El documento incluye además una diligencia de careo entre Mario Aguilera y Basclay Zapata.
