Chile hoy fue un semanario fundado en junio de 1972 por la periodista Marta Harnecker y el fotógrafo portugués Armindo Cardoso. Se caracterizó por una línea editorial independiente, abierta a toda tendencia progresista y por la gran calidad periodística de sus artículos que semana a semana fortalecieron y aumentaron su universo de lectores. Su último número fue publicado el 11 de septiembre de 1973.
